1) All prices quoted are inclusive of material, application, and applicable tax. Depending on the
customer's choice of PaintBrands, Products and Colours, prices are subject to change. However, the
cost of scaffolding, water, electricity, storage forpaints and other material and any additional
cost/charges not specifically mentioned in the quotation shall be borne bycustomer and do not form
part of the quotation shared by us.
2) Any additional work which is not part of our scope would not be covered by this quotation and needs
to be addedseparately.
3) The customer understands and agrees that the final billing will be carried out based on the actual
work and if the actualwork is more than the estimated work, then the billing amount will be revised accordingly.
4) Painting work shall be undertaken only if the quotation is accepted by confirming payment details
to our contact centre viaemail. No other means of confirmation by the customer shall be admissible.
5) Painting work will be carried out on all days except national holidays and scheduled off days.
If the customer requiresnight working/off-hours working, charges will be extra.
6) PaintCraft will not be responsible for delays caused by external economic or political unrest,
any forcemajeure events, other delays beyond our control, or delays arising out of reasons solely
attributable to the customer or thirdparty engaged by the Customer.
7) Customer hereby agrees and confirms that he or she will be binded by any modifications or
revisions made by us to theoffer or these terms and conditions.
1) PaintCraft offers a 60mins colour and design consultation to the customers.
2) The first consultation is complimentary, which will include consultation for up to 4 rooms of the
customer’s choice anddispatch of up to 10 colour sample swatches to help with the colour finalization.
3) Wall designs and texture options will be shared digitally only.
4) The colour sample swatches will be delivered to the customer after confirmed payment.
5) Customer can go through the colour sample swatches to confirm the final shade to the Project Lead,
who isresponsible for the end-to-end completion of the painting job.
6) Additional consultation with our design consultants will be charged at Rs.1500 per session.
1) PaintCraft crew would require a minimum of 5 working days post-payment confirmation to make
necessaryarrangements before initiating the painting job.
2) Subject to the availability of the painting crew and discussion with the Project Lead,
customers can requestfor the painting job to be initiated before 5 working days.
3) Based on the discussion and confirmation shared by the customer with the Project Lead,
the customer willreceive a sign-off email, before the crew prepares to initiate the painting job.
4) Sign-off email should include the shade selection so that the crew can arrange for paint material
in time before thepainting commencement date.
5) For additional services, a new quotation will be raised and the new timelines for the painting
job competition will be sharedbased on crew availability.

We reserve the right to terminate and exit the site in case of unreasonable delays, changes, arbitrary demands, ormisbehavior on the part of the customer. In such case, the customer shall not be entitled to any refund for products andpainting services.

1) This quotation is valid only for 30 days from the date of issue.
2) PaintCraft can amend cost and time estimations, subject to delays and change requests for sites
wherethird-party work like carpentry, masonry, civil, or fittings of internal and external nature is ongoing.
3) Payment terms & schedule: 100% advance.
4) PaintCraft reserves the right to suspend work if payment is not received as per the above schedule.
In theevent of any of the payments being delayed, the committed timeline cannot be guaranteed,
and PaintCraftshall not be held responsible for any such delay.
1) PaintCraft would use genuine paint products procured from authorized dealers of respective paintcompanies.
2) All the product warranty-related claims are to be directed toward respective paint companies however
PaintCraft would assist the customers during the warranty registration process.
3) Once the material is tinted, paint/shades cannot be changed, cancelled, or taken back.
In case a new shade is selected,the price of the new shade product shall be charged additionally
to the customer and an invoice for the same shall be issued.
